I'm looking forward to trying out Brian Solis' new venture: BuzzGain. Given the frenzy across social media, there is a dire need for one simple solution that helps brand marketers, support, and sales to aggrigate, analyze and participate in their communities more effectilvey. And, more importantly, track what's happening in competitive communities... or better yet encourage brand switch.

What did you learn about Solis' BuzzGain? Seems like a crowded market right now to organize, scan, filter, and measure -- lots of players and new start-ups doing this. What is Brian's take? Did you read Engage?
